THE BAND

Dave Parrin

Guitar, vocals and songwriter.

Plays a Martin D35 or D28. Part of the Brighton band "Bend over Backwards" in the 1970's, "Have Mercy" in Frankfurt in 1975 and founded "Head over Heels", later "The Healz" 1995.​

Henk van den Brink

Bass guitar.

Plays a Fender Jazz bass.

Started his musical life in the Arnhem musical scene in the 60's.

He played either bass or keyboards in a number of regional bands.​

Huub Martens
Guitar, vocals.
Plays a Martin D28, an Epiphone 12-string Hummingbird and an Ozark dobro.
Part of the Helmond band "Cat City Crawlers" in the early 2000's. 

Willy van Bussel
Accordeon, vocals. Plays a small Weltmeister.
Between 1960-2000 member of "Wiltons, Dog's Eye, the Coma Blues Band and Paris Texas."
Nowadays also in "Bkant."

Jan van Asten

Percussion and drums.

Plays a DW-drumkit, cajon and any number of percussion instruments.
Joined Blind-Eye, Spec Soul Band and Antwood Affair.

Plays  in a number of regional bands, including "Paris Texas".

Rens van Dijk

Mandolin and vocals.

Plays a Gibson Mandolin and bass in a number of national bands. 

Nannie de Winter

Together with Dave Parrin, was founding member of Red Cat Running and co-writer of many of their songs. Sadly she passed away on 2nd June 2023 but will be remembered forever through her songs.

Apart from their own songs, Red Cat Running plays numbers from contemporary Americana-bands and muscians such as The Turnpike Troubadours, Matt Woods and Greg Trooper.
